Maxwell Graf is one of the most talented and respected content creators in Second Life, and, from what I’ve seen in his Plurk timeline, he’s also been an early adopter of the new virtual worlds that will duke it out for a piece of the market in the coming years. He has become known for his brand Rustica (marketplace store, in-world landmark, blog) through which he sells very well-made houses and furniture, with many of them being of a medieval theme.
Sadly, he and his wife are now in an extremely tough situation, that is the result of some utterly deplorable and ungrateful behaviour on behalf of his wife’s siblings. So, he has put up a message on Plurk, explaining their plight and requesting that we purchase an item or two from his in-world or marketplace stores, to which I have linked above.
So, I would like to call upon you, my readers, to go and purchase something from his store. His items are of extremely good quality, he’s a really talented and experienced builder who knows what he’s talking about, what he’s doing, and why he’s doing it, and – in my opinion at least – it’s money well spent. Doubly so now that he’s in need of help. It’s not an expense that would put a dent in our budgets, after all.
